Job summary

Hightouch is seeking an Associate Talent Partner who loves recruiting, solving hard hiring challenges, and building relationships with candidates long before they apply. You’ll partner with recruiters and hiring managers to build diverse, high‑quality pipelines across our Go‑to‑Market teams.

This role blends strategy, execution, and storytelling as you identify outstanding talent, develop outbound campaigns, and represent Hightouch with every interaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruiting, sales, marketing, or related roles with proactive outreach.
• Strong written communication and ability to craft personalized outreach.
• Ability to learn technical concepts and understand Go-to-Market roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for GTM hiring initiatives.
• Identify and engage exceptional candidates with personalized outreach.
• Build creative sourcing campaigns tailored to talent markets and priorities.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to refine search strategies and improve pipeline quality.
• Conduct market mapping, compensation trends, and competitor analysis to inform recruiting strategy.
• Experiment with new sourcing techniques and AI tools to uncover hidden candidates.
• Build deep technical understanding of MarTech/data roles to connect with candidates.
