Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Operations - Technology Strategy & Roadmap to lead multi-year tech planning for RMCC Americas, from Dallas or remote. You will translate business priorities into sequenced technology capabilities, align stakeholders, and prepare executive roadmaps for scalable adoption in a high-volume commercial support organization.

Qualifications

Seven (7) years of professional work experience.
Four (4) years supporting technology strategy, roadmap planning, data systems, or automation.
Three (3) years leading teams and cross-functional technology initiatives.
Experience translating business strategy into technology capabilities and executive materials.
Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain RMCC's multi-year technology roadmap across data systems and platforms.
Translate business strategy into sequenced technology capabilities and investments.
Lead annual and quarterly technology planning, assessing demand and risks.
Assess current tools and data environments for modernization opportunities.
Partner with leaders to align with enterprise standards and architecture.
Prepare executive-ready roadmap materials and prioritization options.
