The position offers significant cross-functional visibility and requires strong influence, structured thinking, and the ability to turn complex information into clear executive decisions.

You will also establish value-realization frameworks and transition strategies that help move technology initiatives from strategic planning through implementation and operational adoption.

Accountabilities

  • Influence internal and external partners to advance roadmap priorities, resolve blockers, and maintain alignment between technology planning and commercial strategy.
  • Lead current-state and future-state assessments across reporting, automation, workflow, data, and commercial support platforms.
  • Develop KPI and value-realization frameworks to track roadmap progress, adoption, operational impact, stakeholder experience, and business outcomes.
  • Create transition planning materials that support the movement of roadmap initiatives from strategy into delivery, implementation, adoption, and ongoing operational support.
  • Coordinate cross-functional technology initiatives while maintaining strong prioritization, governance, communication, and accountability.
Requirements
