This hands-on role collaborates across commercial, portfolio, product, and Go‑to‑Market initiatives, guiding problem definition, analysis, and execution with senior leadership support. The successful candidate will design pragmatic operating models, drive mobilization plans, and deliver measurable business value while leveraging emerging technologies

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent business experience required.
• Proven track record in strategy execution and transformation.
• Experience working with senior leaders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Strategic problem framing, assessment, and decision support from ambiguity to recommendations.
• Apply commercial and strategic judgment to portfolio, product, GTM, and operating-model questions.
• Shape current and future operating models across people, processes, governance, data, and technology roles.
• Convert recommendations into mobilization plans with sequencing, ownership, dependencies, governance, and measures.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and communicate complex issues clearly.
• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the Strategy Realization Office with reusable assets.
• Use AI, data, and digital tools to improve research, synthesis, and delivery quality.
