You will identify and engage exceptional candidates for Field Service Engineers and Technicians, partnering with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs. You will build proactive talent pipelines using data-driven sourcing strategies, reach passive candidates with personalized outreach, and promote the Hitachi Energy employer brand across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of sourcing experience, or 5+ years without a degree.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Extensive experience in sourcing for Field Service Engineers and Technicians.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with sourcing tools, platforms, and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs.
