Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking a Talent Partner on a temporary contract to source, screen, and develop talent pipelines.

You will collaborate with hiring managers and leaders to identify and engage top candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience in the early hiring stages. This role emphasizes proactive talent identification, candidate engagement, and building strong pipelines within a fast-paced, global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing.
• Experience conducting candidate screening interviews and evaluating talent.
• Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates across multiple functions and industries.
• Experience using ATS and sourcing technologies such as Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, HiredScore, Paradox, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Acquisition colleagues and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify active and passive candidates.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent communities, referrals, and other sourcing channels to attract talent.
• Conduct resume reviews and initial candidate assessments against defined job requirements.
• Lead phone and virtual screening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and interest levels.
• Present qualified candidates with detailed screening summaries and recommendations.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide market intelligence and talent availability insights to recruiting teams and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking within applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.
