Job summary

Pharmaron is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to support Scientific Operations across the United States. You will lead full-cycle recruitment, partner with leaders to identify hiring needs, and recruit for preclinical, laboratory, and commercial functions while engaging passive candidates.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in recruitment, with pharma/biotech experience and a track record in executive searches. Remote role with strong collaboration and strategic impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruitment experience; 3+ years internal recruiting
• Experience recruiting scientific/technical talent in life sciences
• Experience with executive searches and engaging passive candidates

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer and onboarding
• Partner with leaders to define hiring needs and strategies
• Recruit for preclinical, lab, project management, client services, and business development roles
• Conduct direct sourcing and headhunting to engage passive candidates
• Lead searches for leadership roles (Director, Senior Director, VP)
• Develop talent pipelines for scientific, operational and commercial functions
• Advise managers on market conditions and compensation trends
• Facilitate assessments, interviews, and offers; ensure candidate experience
