Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1–3 years of HR experience and at least 1–3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive recruiting and sourcing experience.
• Experience forecasting headcount and managing talent pipelines.
• Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry recruitment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment focus is on the Global Manufacturing Supply business or as assigned.
• Attract top talent and develop a strong candidate pool for current and future openings.
• Pre-screen candidates and develop sourcing strategies with team members.
• Manage open requisitions and SuccessFactors ATS; report recruiting metrics.
• Collaborate with HR Directors/Business Partners, hiring managers, and agencies to align TA strategy with business needs.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
