Job summary

Servier's US-based team in Boston is seeking a Sr. Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment across functions, aligning with business strategy and collaborating with Global teams.

You will act as a strategic partner, build diverse talent pools, manage candidate channels, and present labor market insights while partnering with HRBPs to drive talent strategies. Remote-hybrid role with onsite 2–3 days weekly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years recruitment/sourcing experience or equivalent experience.
• Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry experience highly preferred.
• High-level organization, communication, and project-based skills.
• Experience managing prospective candidates in an ATS/CRM.
• Agile mindset with the ability to pivot quickly as business needs change.

Responsibilities

• Manage end to end recruitment lifecycle for requisitions across different disciplines.
• Engage hiring managers and teams to ensure an efficient and positive experience.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador to engage the external labor market for open positions.
• Gather and present labor market data such as salary trends and geographic information.
• Deliver a high-level candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage candidate-driven channels: job boards, referrals, internal population, external talent.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to align with business goals and talent strategies.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance team abilities.
