Job summary

Elsevier is seeking a capable procurement and supplier management professional in Florida to lead strategic supplier performance, contracts, and partnerships. You will drive end-to-end supply chain outcomes by collaborating with Procurement, Operations, Finance, and Risk teams, ensuring value, quality, and resilience.

Responsibilities include managing scorecards, contracts, tenders, and spend analytics while promoting governance and continuous improvement across the network.

• Support tender activities; contribute to RFPs/RFIs and due diligence.
• Track spend, volumes, and cost trends; verify pricing and identify savings.
• Assess and mitigate risks; support continuity plans and incident reviews.
• Ensure compliance with policies and governance; escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain supplier reports and dashboards; analyze data for trends and insights.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Finance, and other teams.
