Job summary

JLL is seeking a skilled sourcing professional to support Integrated Facilities and Property Management operations. You will work with client FM account teams, lead market and supplier analysis, and drive strategic initiatives across regional and national programs.

The role requires 3+ years of strategic sourcing experience, strong communication, and project management capabilities. Located in the United States with remote options across multiple states, the position offers competitive

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university preferred.
3+ years strategic sourcing or related experience.
Project management and business transitions experience preferred.
Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

Be subject matter expert in support of JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relationships and program management.
Drive client benefits through cross-functional collaboration with Sourcing, Facility and PM teams.
Perform market trend analysis and report findings to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with sourcing policies and contract terms.
Support development of diversity programs and mentor suppliers.
