Job summary

JLL is seeking a Sourcing Pursuit Lead to drive strategic sourcing solutions for high-value pursuits across multiple regions and clients. You will lead cross-functional collaboration, develop compelling business cases, and mentor team members while demonstrating executive presence in negotiations and client meetings.

The role focuses on advanced RFx leadership, pricing strategy, and pursuit execution within commercial real estate and facilities services.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex sourcing strategy for high-value pursuits including new business, expansions, and renewals.
• Develop go-to-market solutions aligned with client objectives and JLL commitments.
• Translate objectives into actionable sourcing strategies; coordinate across regions.
• Negotiate pricing structures and partnership frameworks to optimize client and JLL value.
• Lead proposal content and quality reviews as sourcing SME.
