Job summary

Renovo Solutions is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to drive equipment sourcing and service contracts for laboratory assets. You will lead negotiation, supplier partnerships, and KPI dashboards to maximize lab spend value and improve procurement efficiency.

The role requires 5+ years in procurement, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and experience with lab equipment in regulated settings. On-site work with up to 25% travel within the US and internationally is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or a related field.
5+ years of procurement experience.
Excel and data visualization proficiency (Power BI preferred).
Experience with laboratory equipment and regulated environments (GxP).
Strong data accuracy, compliance and decision-support capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate data into strategy.

Responsibilities

Guide equipment requestors through purchasing processes.
Negotiate quotes with suppliers and manage SLAs.
Upload revised quotes into ticketing workflow; track pricing accuracy.
Develop strategic supplier partnerships and KPIs; dashboards.
Identify cost reductions and consolidation opportunities; track savings.
Oversee PO processes, SOPs, and service contracts; ensure compliance.
Lead the sourcing team; mentor junior staff; drive value in capex and service spend.
