Job summary

Computacenter is seeking a Director of Resource Management to join its Professional Services organization in the United States. You will lead the teams that coordinate delivery, sales and solutions to ensure access to the right resources, skills and services, both internal to PS and via the partner network, enabling excellent service delivery.

The role drives transformation, governance and continuous improvement, working with near and offshore delivery locations to optimize utilization, costs

Qualifications

• Senior Professional Services experience in IT.
• Proven ability to build high-performing teams.
• Experience leading multi-geographic delivery and near/offshore delivery.
• Strong strategic thinking and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication across countries and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Lead resource management across delivery, sales and solutions units.
• Develop strategies for optimal resource allocation and forecasting.
• Mentor and develop a team of resource managers.
• Drive process improvements and automation.
• Manage budgets and P&L for Partner & Resource Management.
• Collaborate with partners to augment PS capabilities.
• Provide governance and risk management for resourcing.
