Job summary

L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty’s skinbetter science division seeks a Sales Support Representative (SSR) to enable territory growth by streamlining sales processes and supporting ABMs and customers. This remote role requires proactive communication and a collaborative approach in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include serving as primary contact for ABMs, training accounts on product education, and onboarding customers while maintaining strong responsiveness and accuracy in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• 3–4 years corporate business or related experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency with G Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a heavy workload environment.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Persuasive and diplomatic.
• Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, analytical and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service experience and be a liaison to customers and ABMs.
• Act as primary contact for territory ABMs and customers during out-of-territory periods; train accounts on product education and tools.
• Cover dormant or white-space accounts as directed by manager or ABMs.
• Provide administrative support and customer onboarding (forms, payments, terms) when requested.
