Job summary

Revision Skincare is seeking a Sales Support Representative to extend BDM capacity in high-potential medical aesthetics markets. This field-based role supports 2–3 territories within a cluster, while the BDM retains territory ownership and accountable quotas.

The SSR coordinates onboarding, education events, account development, lead generation, analytics, and provides ongoing support between field visits; travel within the cluster is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in medical aesthetics, dermatology, or professional skincare sales/sales support
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities across more than one territory
• Comfort with basic sales and territory analytics (CRM data, account-level reporting) to inform prioritization
• Strong presentation and in-office training skills; comfortable leading education sessions for practice staff and patients
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within an assigned multi-territory cluster

Responsibilities

• Education & Events: Lead in-office trainings and patient events for supported accounts; reinforce protocol adherence and product knowledge
• Account Development & Onboarding: Coordinate new account openings, onboarding logistics, and eCommerce site setup; manage a defined set of accounts
• Lead Generation & Analytics: Drive lead generation activity; conduct territory analytics to identify white space and cross-sell opportunities
• BDM Support: Act as the BDM's forward presence in the cluster; escalate risk or issues with context
