Palo Alto Networks is seeking a seasoned Resource Management professional to optimize delivery operations for a high-growth SaaS/enterprise environment. You will drive capacity modeling, data hygiene, and AI-enabled workflow improvements across Americas and LATAM, partnering with executives and practice managers to align resources with demand.

• 6+ years in Professional Services Resource Management or Delivery Operations within a high-growth SaaS/Enterprise software environment.
• Deep hands-on experience with enterprise PSA platforms (Clarizen/Planview) and data analytics tools (Tableau/Excel).
• Strong expertise in capacity forecast calibration, billable utilization (BU%) management, and revenue/margin optimization.
• Demonstrated adaptability to AI tools (Gemini, SlackBots, automated sweepers) to scale resourcing operations.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills with senior leaders.
• Familiarity with Asana for project milestones and reporting.
• RMCP certification is strongly preferred.
