Palco is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our team. You will manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and client-facing roles, build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, and partner with leadership to ensure hiring strategies align with business goals.

This role is remote with travel up to 25% and involves presenting hiring metrics to executives. We value collaboration, strong communication, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, plus experience with applicant-tracking

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in high-volume environments.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and align strategies with business goals.
• Advise on offers, including salary ranges, incentives, and start dates.
• Present recruiting strategies, progress, and key hiring metrics to executive leadership.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
• Preparation of interview questions and other hiring materials.
• Organize and lead large-scale hiring events across markets.
• Ensure a positive, professional, and inclusive candidate experience.
• Travel up to 25% to support recruitment efforts.
