Job summary

Maximus is seeking a seasoned pursuit governance leader to own standards across multiple lines of business. You will guide executives on readiness, schedule discipline, milestone priorities, risk exposure, and decision cadence.

The role champions AI-enabled tools to streamline operations, improve reporting consistency, and reduce administrative burden while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships for timely actions and risk resolution. This is a fully remote position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of professional experience required.

Responsibilities

• Own pursuit management and governance standards across multiple lines of business.
• Provide strategic guidance to executives on pursuit readiness, schedule discipline, milestone priorities, risk exposure, and decision cadence.
• Establish expectations for project controls, schedule adherence, issue escalation, governance routines, and executive reporting.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure timely action closure, decision-making, and risk resolution.
• Champion use of AI-enabled tools to streamline pursuit operations and improve reporting consistency.
