Job summary

Maximus is seeking a seasoned pursuit governance leader to own standards across multiple lines of business. You will guide executives on readiness, schedule discipline, milestone priorities, risk exposure, and decision cadence.

The role champions AI-enabled tools to streamline operations, improve reporting consistency, and reduce administrative burden while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships for timely actions and risk resolution. This is a fully remote position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Own pursuit management and project governance standards across multiple lines of business.- Provide strategic guidance to executives on pursuit readiness, schedule discipline, milestone priorities, risk exposure, and decision cadence.- Establish expectations for project controls, schedule adherence, issue escalation, governance routines, and executive reporting.- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure timely action closure, decision-making, and risk resolution.- Champion responsible use of approved AI-enabled tools and automation to streamline pursuit operations, improve reporting consistency, and reduce administrative burden across teams.
