Job summary

Harvard Partners, LLP seeks a Strategic Sourcing & Category Management Consultant to lead RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs across multiple categories in the US and Europe. You will align category strategies with business goals, optimize costs, improve supplier performance, and mitigate risk.

In addition, you will drive procurement operations by leveraging SAP Ariba and ERP systems, streamline workflows, and ensure SOX compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in procurement, sourcing, and category management.
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
• Global markets exposure (US/Europe) preferred.
• SOX compliance and contract management knowledge.
• Experience with sourcing events and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs for assigned categories.
• Develop category strategies aligned with objectives.
• Analyze spend, vendor performance, and market data.
• Negotiate with suppliers and support contract development.
• Drive procurement process improvements and digital solutions.
• Ensure SOX controls and policy compliance.
