Job summary

Lahlouh, Inc. in Burlingame, CA (and remote-enabled) is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business and manage client relationships across print and mailing services.

You will present solutions, tour facilities, and quote projects end-to-end, from concept to fulfillment, ensuring pricing accuracy and timely proposals. The role demands 5+ years of commission-based selling in commercial print, a BA/BS or equivalent experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Commission-based selling experience in commercial print required (5+ years).
• College degree preferred (BA/BS) or extensive industry experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver sales presentations
• Provide plant tours
• Review print estimates and calculate pricing: understand budgeted hourly rates, equipment standards, job specs, mark-up calculations, value add calculations
• Review estimates, prepare quote letters, calculate pricing and deliver/proposals with clients
• Coordinate pre-production meetings for large or nonstandard projects
• Ensure accurate job specs are obtained from customer and relayed to Project Manager
• Participate in brainstorming ideas and scheduling for tight deadlines
• Review digital files, preflight reports, and proofs prior to sending to customer
• Coordinate delivery of proofs, samples, proposals to customer and follow up on returns
• Follow procedures and maintain ISO/SOC-2 compliance
• Conduct press checks, bindery checks, audits with/without customer
• Work with manufacturing to answer questions and troubleshoot
• Oversee RFIs and RFPs
• Manage sales administrative tasks: expenses, credit apps, contracts, forecasts, invoices
