Arrow Electronics seeks a Pricing Specialist to analyze market trends, supplier performance, and internal goals to guide adder and quoting strategy. You will liaise with segment managers and sales management to align on pricing directions and negotiate with suppliers.

The role requires strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables), experience in aerospace/defense, and familiarity with government drawings and BOMs. Hybrid/remote work options may apply.

Qualifications

• ITAR compliance awareness and export control understanding is required.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving in a highly regulated environment.
• Ability to interpret supplier data and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and internal objectives to shape pricing strategy.
• Coordinate with segment managers, product specialists and sales management.
• Prepare negotiation materials and support negotiation processes with suppliers.
• Develop strategic customer quotes and supplier strategies.
• Facilitate communication with suppliers on quotes and priorities.
• Measure and report market price performance with segmentation and company-specific data.
