Job summary

Arrow Electronics in Denver seeks a Pricing Specialist to analyze market trends, supplier performance, and internal developments to sharpen adder and quoting strategy. You will coordinate with segment managers, product specialists and sales leadership to align pricing and negotiation efforts.

Ideal candidates bring strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivots), aerospace/defense experience, and BOM/government drawings familiarity. Hybrid work arrangement with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel experience with VLOOKUPS and pivot tables.
• Experience in the aerospace and defense industry.
• Experience working with government drawings and BOMs.
• ITAR/export controls awareness and eligibility for export license or U.S. Person status.
• Typically requires a 4 year degree and 5+ years related experience, or advanced degree with experience.

Responsibilities

Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing

• Responsible for the analysis of market trends, supplier performance, internal developments and objectives to facilitate ongoing development of Arrow's adder and quoting strategy.
• Facilitate interaction and feedback from segment managers, product specialists and sales management.
• Monitor, measure and report supplier market price performance. Prepare negotiation material as well as support the negotiation process. Works with technology business managers and product specialists to establish negotiation strategy.
• Strategic customer quotes and associated supplier strategies.
• Facilitates communication with suppliers regarding customer and quote priority.
• Monitor, measure and report performance metrics specific to market price. This data should be segment, supplier and selling company specific.

• Strong excel experience required including VLOOKUPS and pivot tables
• Experience in the aerospace and defense industry required
• Experience working with government drawings
• Experience working with BOM
• Typically requires a 4 year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
• This role will perform work covered by International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Viable candidates for this position must be eligible for an export license or be a U.S. Person (which includes but is not limited to U.S. citizens or nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees).

Work Arrangement

If located in Denver, this position will follow a hybrid schedule of 3 days in our office (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) and 2 days per week from home. If located elsewhere, this position will be fully remote. Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate

$80,100.00 - $110,000.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company’s request and sole discretion.
