Job summary

Arrow Electronics in Denver seeks a Pricing Specialist to analyze market trends, supplier performance, and internal developments to sharpen adder and quoting strategy. You will coordinate with segment managers, product specialists and sales leadership to align pricing and negotiation efforts.

Ideal candidates bring strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivots), aerospace/defense experience, and BOM/government drawings familiarity. Hybrid work arrangement with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel experience with VLOOKUPS and pivot tables.
• Experience in the aerospace and defense industry.
• Experience working with government drawings and BOMs.
• ITAR/export controls awareness and eligibility for export license or U.S. Person status.
• Typically requires a 4 year degree and 5+ years related experience, or advanced degree with experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and internal developments to support pricing strategy for adders and quotes.
• Facilitate interaction and feedback from segment managers, product specialists and sales management.
• Monitor and report supplier price performance; prepare negotiation materials and support the negotiation process.
• Develop strategic customer quotes and supplier strategies; coordinate communication with suppliers on quotes.
• Monitor performance metrics related to market price and report findings by segment and seller.
