Job summary

AMSURG, a nationwide leader in ambulatory surgery center services, seeks a Manager of Strategic Pricing & Analytics, Health Plan Relations for remote work. You will oversee models and financial analyses of proposed payer contract rates, partnering with the HPR team and cross-functional groups to inform negotiations and strategic decisions.

You will translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership, ensure data quality, and manage end-to-end data requests, while supervising Analysts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 4-7 years of progressive healthcare analytics experience with payer contract modeling.
• Strong Excel and data modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HPR to deliver advanced payer contract modeling across markets.
• Lead modeling and analysis of current and proposed contract rates.
• Prepare executive-ready analyses and presentations as needed.
• Ensure data quality and integrity of modeling outputs.
• Oversee end-to-end data requests and cleanup processes.
• Identify and resolve data issues impacting data integrity.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support leadership decisions.
