Job summary

AMSURG is seeking a Project Manager, Strategic Initiatives, Health Plan Relations to coordinate cross-functional projects impacting revenue cycle performance and reimbursement outcomes. You will develop workplans, track timelines, prepare executive updates, and ensure clear communication across stakeholders with strong PM discipline.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant experience, excellent communication, and proficiency with Excel, Power BI or Tableau, and Smartsheet.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• PM certification(s) preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive problem-solving and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain awareness of the department’s project portfolio and objectives for ASC payer strategy.
• Lead multiple cross-functional projects across full lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain detailed workplans with milestones and risks.
• Track timelines, deliverables, and resource utilization.
• Prepare executive‑level status reports and dashboards.
