Open Systems Technologies is seeking a Strategic Pricing Analyst in Washington, DC to drive pricing strategy for professional services. You will analyze data, build financial models, and deliver pricing recommendations to support client rate negotiations and fee proposals.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with SQL. You will interact with senior stakeholders and collaborate across the firm to improve pricing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in pricing, finance, consulting, or related analytical role preferred.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with SQL preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, client-service-oriented mindset.

Responsabilités

• Develop strategic pricing recommendations to support client rate negotiations, fee proposals, and firm profitability.
• Conduct quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and data-driven research to support pricing decisions.
• Analyze legal market trends and competitive intelligence to inform pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with attorneys, firm leadership, and internal stakeholders to develop pricing solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and timely resolution of pricing-related questions.
• Prepare and refine internal and client-facing communications, ensuring information is clear, accurate, and persuasive.
• Coordinate pricing requests and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and within deadlines.
• Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of pricing frameworks and best practices.
• Partner with team members to share knowledge, improve processes, and support broader strategic initiatives.
