Qualifications

• Strong quantitative and modeling skills.
• M familiarity with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support client rate negotiations by developing pricing recommendations aligned with profitability goals.
• Build relationships with client contacts and communicate pricing issues clearly.
• Perform quantitative analysis and data-driven modeling to support pricing decisions.
• Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to inform rate-setting strategies.
• Collaborate with the Business Committee on fee proposals.
• Develop and execute pricing solutions for client engagements.
• Coordinate pricing-related requests across teams.
• Deliver timely, accurate service to attorneys, clients, and stakeholders.
• Draft internal and client-facing communications that are clear and persuasive.
• Support implementation and refinement of pricing frameworks and best practices.
• Share insights with the Strategic Pricing team and contribute to firm-wide initiatives.
• Assist with evaluation of alternative fee arrangements as needed.
• Pursue ongoing professional development through mentorship and training.
