Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Partnership Development Manager to join a fully remote team. This role focuses on identifying, cultivating, and managing partnerships with corporations, foundations, and other organizations to advance the nonprofit's mission and expand its reach.

You will forge mutually beneficial relationships that drive collaboration, resource mobilization, and program impact, serving from any location.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in partnership development, business development, or corporate relations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in developing and managing strategic alliances.
• Strong understanding of the non-profit sector and funding models.
• Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential strategic partners aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for cultivating and securing new partnerships.
• Manage existing partner relationships, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and MOUs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored partnership proposals and benefits.
• Track partnership activities, measure impact, and report on progress to leadership.
• Represent the organization at relevant networking events and conferences.
