Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Partner Director to independently drive client outreach, proposals, and long-term partnerships. You will own complex sales cycles, craft competitive proposals, and work with Account Managers to expand partnerships using AI-supported strategies.

You’ll forecast for your book of business, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to building scalable AI-enabled sales playbooks—base salary $135,000–$159,000 with OTE. Equity is offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, or a related field.
• Direct experience in digital media, advertising, or consumer data.
• Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising KPIs and how media solutions drive outcomes.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage with clients.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage high-profile prospects by sending sales outreach, preparing briefs, and representing Fetch at industry events.
• Drive thought leadership about Fetch and AI’s role in loyalty, commerce, and media.
• Generate revenue by converting partners and prospects into long-term strategic relationships, securing commitments.
• Independently articulate Fetch’s value proposition and ad products.
• Strategically plan and grow accounts from test to full partnership using AI for forecasts and data-backed recommendations.
• Own development of strategic playbooks and onboarding tools integrating AI into Fetch sales processes.
