Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Strategic Partner Manager for GSI partnerships with Deloitte and Accenture to drive joint GTM plans and sales across 100% remote operations. You will work with ServiceNow and partner teams to accelerate deals, manage MDF and events, and ensure contracts are current and compliant.

The role emphasizes partner enablement, cross-region collaboration, and alignment with Services and Sales to close strategic opportunities in cybersecurity and risk offerings.

Qualifications

• Experienced partner sales professional with a track record of winning in a competitive market.
• Strong executive relationships with Deloitte and Accenture.
• Minimum 8+ years of channel sales experience and proven quota attainment.

Responsibilities

• Develop Joint Go To Market and Business Plan for assigned Partner(s).
• Coordinate with ServiceNow teams to focus on key GSI partners and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct regular update meetings and QBRs with partner and Armis/Veza executives.
• Ensure contracts are current and compliant; align with regional GSI partners.
• Drive partner marketing plans, MDF, events, and collateral in collaboration with RPM and partners.
• Lead partner enablement sessions and educate on Partner Value Proposition and GTM.
• Manage partner programs and ensure alignment with strategic partners across regions.
• Collaborate with Services and AE teams to assign appropriate managed services partners on deals.
