Job summary

Access TeleCare is seeking an Analyst, Strategic Operations (IDR) to lead the Independent Dispute Resolution program under the No Surprises Act. You will validate data, confirm dispute eligibility, draft cases, and drive payment through payer outreach.

The role offers ownership from day one in a high-growth telemedicine environment, with scope to shape processes, reporting, and vendor coordination while working remotely across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, Economics or similar.
• 0–2 years of work experience; internships or coursework in healthcare, analytics, or operations preferred.
• Experience with multiple systems and platforms.
• Experience with NSA IDR processes; training will be provided.
• Proven ability to analyze data and solve problems with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, validate, and submit IDR disputes, confirming eligibility under federal/state requirements.
• Review claim, payer, and determination data for accuracy and completeness.
• Facilitate payer escalations and drive cash collections on disputes.
• Develop SOPs, training materials, and workflow docs for escalation and collection activity.
• Support vendor management and track deliverables and performance.
• Develop and maintain proactive reporting and metrics for the IDR program.
