Banner Nutex Health is seeking an IDR Collection Specialist in the United States to perform collection activities on NSA Negotiations (we will teach you) and reconcile complex reports related to Independent Dispute Resolution. The role requires excellent communication as you will interact with outsourced companies and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualificações

• 1 year of medical insurance collection experience required.
• Knowledge of EOB, HIPAA, ICD-10, and CPT codes.
• Excel experience is a MUST.
• Strong organization, time management, self-starting, analytical and detail-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate, review insurance EOBs, and contact payors to collect on IDR accounts.
• Research errors, payments, reconcile accounts to invoices, and submit IDR requests.
• Identify posting errors while reconciling payments received.
• Resolve insurance requests, inquiries, and concerns promptly and professionally.
