Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA seeks a Manager, Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive strategic growth through organic and inorganic initiatives, including digital health and emerging technologies. The role collaborates with senior management and global teams to shape the corporate portfolio.

Regular travel to the Lake Zurich, IL HQ is required; local Nashville candidates are preferred. The position may be remote, with travel expected, and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/technical/finance field or equivalent.
MBA strongly preferred for senior roles.
5+ years in Business Development, M&A, Strategy and analytics; healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze markets, segments, and companies/assets for inorganic growth opportunities.
Lead due diligence, business case development, and board approvals.
Create valuations using DCF/NPV/precedent transactions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to execute transactions.
