Job summary
micro1 is seeking a Strategic Project Lead, J.D./Legal Expertise to own end-to-end projects for our top AI Lab customers. The role focuses on translating needs into clear legal workflows, designing data pipelines, and coordinating Operations and Legal experts to deliver quickly and with high quality.
The candidate has a JD or equivalent law degree, 2+ years in legal practice, and strong communication with attorneys and senior Legal experts.
Qualifications
- JD or equivalent law degree required.
- 2+ years of professional legal experience or related field.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management with attorneys and senior Legal experts.
- Strong ownership, urgency, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Own projects end to end from framing to delivery.
- Translate customer needs into actionable legal workflows specifications.
- Design and improve domain-specific pipelines for usability, accuracy and scalability.
- Align Operations and Legal experts for rapid deployment.
- Set delivery milestones and drive execution cadence.
- Own client communication with clarity and consistency.
- Manage Legal domain experts and project leads to ensure delivery.
- Provide daily updates on progress, blockers, and next steps.
