Job summary

RemoteJobsOne is seeking a Strategic Projects Lead, J.D./Legal Expertise, to own end-to-end projects for our AI Lab customers, focusing on legal workflows and domain-specific data pipelines. You will translate customer needs into concrete project specs and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver quickly and with high quality.

Ideal candidates hold a JD and 2+ years in legal practice or regulatory work, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and a startup mindset geared

Qualifications

• JD or equivalent law degree required.
• 2+ years in legal practice, legal research, regulatory/compliance, or related field.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into actionable plans.
• Experience leading complex projects or operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own projects end to end, from pipeline framing and scoping through execution and delivery.
• Translate customer needs into clear, actionable project specifications for Legal workflows.
• Design and improve domain-specific pipelines for usability, accuracy, quality, and scalability.
• Align Operations and Legal domain experts for rapid deployment.
• Set delivery milestones and drive a tight execution cadence.
• Own client communication, keeping it clear, direct, and consistent.
• Manage Legal domain experts and project leads to ensure quality and delivery.
• Provide daily internal updates with progress, blockers, and explicit next steps.
