Eide Bailly LLP is seeking an IT Asset Management (ITAM) & Procurement Manager to lead and continuously improve ITAM and technology procurement across the firm. You will manage the lifecycle of hardware, software, cloud, and assets, while optimizing spending and ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.

The role requires 7–10 years in ITAM/SAM/HAM, ServiceNow expertise, and strong negotiation and leadership abilities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management or related field.
• 7–10 years ITAM/SAM/HAM or equivalent enterprise ITAM experience.
• 5–7 years using ServiceNow for asset management, licensing, procurement, and reporting.
• Knowledge of negotiation strategies, sourcing, RFP/RFI processes, and supplier performance.
• Certifications such as CITAM, CSAM, CHAMP, ITIL, CPSM or related are preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft products and PC hardware is required.
• Expertise in ITAM principles for hardware, software, cloud, and SaaS assets.
• Understanding of licensing models, audits, and license optimization strategies.
• Familiarity with procurement, strategic sourcing, and vendor management practices.
• Knowledge of technology contracts, licensing, maintenance, and SaaS models.
• Understanding of governance, risk, compliance, and audit requirements for IT assets.

Aufgaben

• Establish and lead IT Asset Management and Technology Procurement programs.
• Oversee asset lifecycle from request through deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
• Manage inventory of devices, servers, network gear, and data center assets.
• Track asset location, ownership, and status accurately.
• Lead internal/external software audits and remediation activities.
• Identify cost-savings through license rationalization and reclamation.
• Monitor usage and renewal dates to prevent waste.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Security, and stakeholders on contracts.
• Develop procurement strategies aligned with budgets and priorities.
• Negotiate software, hardware, cloud, and services agreements for favorable terms.
• Build strategic vendor relationships and drive enterprise agreements.
• Ensure procurement processes comply with policies and controls.
• Develop staff, provide professional development, and mentor teams.
• Deliver timely and accurate performance on assigned projects.
