Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Word.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong coordination, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear messaging for audiences.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Experience in federal human capital management organizations.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic communications and stakeholder engagement for enterprise initiatives.
• Plan and execute outreach across programs and teams.
• Develop audience-focused messaging for end users, operations, and leadership.
• Monitor feedback and respond to inquiries via internal channels.
• Develop and maintain communications materials and assets including visuals and presentations.
• Design and format content for SharePoint and internal channels.
• Translate complex information into clear, engaging materials.
• Own and maintain enterprise communications channels and libraries.
