You will build and scale a high-performing sales organization, drive data-driven growth, and develop strategic partnerships with lenders, brokers, and industry players.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in mortgage lending, agricultural finance, or related financial services.
• Strong credit background with evaluating loan structures and risk.
• Experience building and scaling geographically distributed teams.
• Proven track record recruiting, developing, and retaining top sales talent.
• Experience implementing sales processes and KPI-driven management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow a national sales organization for agricultural mortgage lending.
• Develop strategic plans to accelerate originations and optimize geographies and client profiles.
