Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in mortgage lending, agricultural finance, banking, or related financial services.
• Strong credit background to evaluate loan structures and risk.
• Experience building and scaling geographically distributed teams.
• Proven history recruiting, developing, and retaining top sales talent.
• Experience implementing sales processes and KPI-driven management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, coaching, and relationship-building.
• Alignment with AgAmerica's mission to serve American farmers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow AgAmerica’s national sales organization and drive originations.
• Recruit, coach, and retain top-performing sales talent and leaders.
• Design structure, segmentation, and incentive plans to hit outcomes.
• Partner with marketing to promote brand and market penetration.
• Standardize sales processes, CRM usage, and KPI dashboards for accountability.
