PerkinElmer is seeking a Strategic Segment Manager for Petrochemicals, Mining & Metals. This remote role (TX travel ~25%) drives market intelligence, MRD development, and go-to-market execution across PerkinElmer’s product lines.

You will translate customer workflows and regulatory dynamics into compelling value propositions and strategic roadmaps. The role requires 8+ years in product/segment marketing, VOC experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• In-depth experience translating customer insight into product strategy.
• Ability to produce Market Requirements Documents and competitive analyses.
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical/commercial audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own segment MRD and annual updates with evidence-based needs.
• Develop go-to-market strategy, messaging, and playbooks for the segment.
• Lead VOC programmes and synthesize insights for executives.
• Represent segment in conferences and advisory events.
