The role requires deep domain expertise, VOC execution, and the ability to translate customer insights into actionable MRDs and compelling sales tools. Travel to TX is expected up to 25% while working remotely in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management, segment marketing, market intelligence, or applications science within analytical instrumentation or related tech.
• Deep domain expertise in the assigned segment and ability to engage with customer scientists and regulatory requirements.
• Experience conducting structured VOC programs and translating insights into product strategy inputs.
• Experience producing strategic documents (MRD, market assessments, or competitive analyses) used to drive investments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain deep knowledge of the segment: workflows, buying behavior, regulatory requirements, competitive landscape.
• Execute a structured VOC program across geographies and sub-verticals.
• Build relationships with industry bodies, regulators, and academic partners to establish credibility.
• Develop MRDs and present findings to leadership to influence roadmap decisions.
