Ladders is seeking a Corporate FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in a fast-growing healthcare space. This remote role is US-based and focuses on ROI-based business cases and decision support across the organization.

You will own planning, budgeting, and financial visibility, partnering with stakeholders to improve processes, and implementing budgeting software. 4+ years FP&A and 2+ years people management are expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years FP&A or financial operations experience at a high-growth startup or tech company
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Strong knowledge of financial systems and processes
• Experience with budgeting and expense forecasting
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
• Adaptable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, budgeting, and reporting processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop financial forecasts
• Manage the bi-annual corporate budgeting process
• Evaluate and improve financial processes and systems
• Implement financial planning software for efficiency
• Serve as the primary budgeting contact across the organization
