Embarc Advisors is seeking a Strategic Finance and FP&A Associate to partner with startups, SMBs, and mid-market firms, delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual financial models, reporting packages, and cash flow analyses. You will work primarily in Excel and contribute to growth initiatives across diverse industries.

You will be mentored by former CFOs and exposed to high-impact projects such as Series A/B planning, Pre-IPO readiness, and KPI development, all within a fully remote environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• 3+ years of related financial experience (public and/or PE experience is a plus).
• Strong Excel skills and ability to build complex financial models.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Assist in producing key reporting packages monthly, quarterly, and annual.
• Support ongoing cash flow and cash management duties.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic projects.
• Assist with Top-Down and Bottom-Up forecasting and growth plans.
• Establish and track KPIs and report to executives/investors.
