Job summary

Embarc Advisors is growing its strategic finance and FP&A team. You will partner with startups and mid-market firms to build monthly, quarterly, and annual financial models, reporting packages, and cash flow analyses, spending significant time in Excel to uncover insights and tell financial stories.

You will work with mentors and a high-performing team, handling multiple client engagements and contributing to growth initiatives in a fast-paced startup environment. Remote working is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required.
• 3+ years of related financial experience; public or PE experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in producing key monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages.
• Support ongoing cash flow and cash management duties.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic projects and process improvements.
• Assist with Top-Down and Bottom-Up forecasting and growth plans.
• Establish and track KPIs and report to executives and investors.
