Job summary

Embarc Advisors is seeking a remote Strategic Finance and FP&A Associate to partner with startups, SMBs, and mid-market firms. You will build monthly, quarterly, and annual financial models, reporting packages, and cash flow analyses while exploring strategic finance initiatives.

You will work closely with mentors from senior CFOs to grow your skills across forecasting, KPI development, and client materials for growth rounds and potential IPO milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required.
• 3+ years of related financial experience preferred (public or PE experience a plus).
• Strong Excel skills and financial modeling ability expected.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages.
• Support ongoing cash flow management and forecasting duties.
