AllTrails, a leading outdoor experiences platform, is seeking a Strategic Finance Analyst for a US-based remote role. You will build financial models and track performance metrics to support leadership decisions, working with cross‑functional teams across Marketing, Product, and Engineering.

You will contribute to annual and long‑range planning, deliver analytical insights, and help drive cross‑functional initiatives while enjoying a flexible remote setup and a focus on growth.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, or strategic finance/FP&A.
• Exposure to annual and long-range forecasting, reporting on forecast vs. actual variance, and similar FP&A responsibilities.
• Proven track record of achieving goals and delivering results in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for leadership, the board, and investors—from raw data pulls to polished presentations.
• Contributing to ad‑hoc strategic analyses cross‑functionally (e.g., paid acquisition performance, product launch business cases, international market analysis, etc.).
• Maintaining detailed financial models to support budgeting and planning, and performing budget variance analysis at a monthly cadence.
• Building and maintaining performance reporting and KPI dashboards for various departments using SQL and Looker.
• Supporting inbound diligence requests and other ad‑hoc strategic projects as needed.
