Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in healthcare, human resources, business, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in healthcare, consulting, HR, or a related field.
• Deep expertise in employee engagement—through listening strategies or advisory work.
• Exceptional presentation skills with credibility in executive settings.
• Experience in or advising within the healthcare industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to client leadership teams, guiding listening strategy and engagement improvements.
• Manage survey cycles with milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Present findings virtually and in person to senior leadership, translating data into actionable insights.
• Train and support clients in using online tools, dashboards, and resources.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver integrated solutions.
