Qualifications

• Deep expertise in employee engagement.
• Exceptional presentation skills with credibility in executive settings.
• Experience working in or advising within the healthcare industry.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to client leadership teams, guiding listening strategy and opportunities to improve engagement.
• Manage survey cycles with project management discipline, ensuring milestones and deliverables.
• Present survey findings to senior leadership, translating data into actionable insights.
• Train and support clients in using Press Ganey's online tools, dashboards, and resources.
• Collaborate across Press Ganey teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Leverage the national database to contextualize client performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Continue developing expertise in employee engagement and healthcare.
